This is what my dance fitness class is all about. Pure energy, fun moves, and sweating it out together on a great Bollywood track. You can see everyone getting into the groove in our group cardio session.
We mix it up with different music to keep things exciting. Here we are, learning a high-energy routine to a trending Haryanvi song. It’s a full-body workout that feels more like a party.
About Dance Cardio Party
At my studio, we do not believe in boring treadmills. We focus on mixing high-energy Bollywood cardio with step aerobics and light weight training. You will be using 2.5kg to 5kg dumbbells for some upper body toning while grooving to the latest trending tracks, so expect to sweat, laugh, and honestly, get a little confused by the lyrics sometimes.
If you have been looking for a fitness routine that actually makes you want to get out of bed, welcome to my 'dance femily'. We operate out of an air-conditioned studio in Sector 17, Rohini, where the music is loud and the vibe is completely judgment-free.
What happens in a session
Each 60-minute session is a mix of styles. We start with a warm-up, move into high-energy dance cardio using Bollywood and Haryanvi hits, and then shift gears to strength training. Using aerobic steppers and dumbbells, we work on core strength and toning, so you are building muscle without the monotony of a typical gym.
Why join this batch
Since we keep batches small (10-15 people), I can actually keep an eye on your form to make sure you are safe while you are busy having fun. Whether you are a beginner or someone who has danced before, the focus is just on moving. We also include floor work and mat exercises to help you tone your core.
How to get started
We run evening batches that are perfect for de-stressing after work. You can pick between monthly or quarterly memberships, and for those who prefer privacy or have specific goals, I also offer 1-on-1 coaching sessions. Come by for a trial, check out the space, and let’s get moving.
