Fitness should not feel like a chore. We combine Bollywood cardio with targeted strength and core work at our Rohini studio, making every workout feel like a fun session with friends.

It's not just about cardio. I also focus on building strength with dumbbell exercises for toning your arms and chest, followed by mat exercises like crunches and planks to build a strong core.

A glimpse into a full session with my dance femily. We start with energy, move to strength work with steppers and weights, do core exercises on the mat, and end with relaxing partner stretches. The group photo at the end says it all.
