Full-Body Strength and Toning at JD School of Dance
Fitness should not feel like a chore. We combine Bollywood cardio with targeted strength and core work at our Rohini studio, making every workout feel like a fun session with friends.
It's not just about cardio. I also focus on building strength with dumbbell exercises for toning your arms and chest, followed by mat exercises like crunches and planks to build a strong core.

About Full-Body Strength & Toning
We do not just dance; we actually build muscle. Every 60-minute session in our Rohini studio includes a mix of dumbbell toning and mat work, so you are not just doing cardio. It is the perfect balance if you want to lose inches or tone up while still feeling like you are at a party.
Our Approach to Fitness
At JD School of Dance, we believe fitness is about movement and community, not counting calories or punishment. Our full-body strength and toning classes are designed to be a ‘mili bhagat’ (joint effort) of energy and results.
What You Will Do
Each session lasts 60 minutes and is structured to keep your heart rate up while working on your muscles. We skip the treadmills and focus on:
- Bollywood Cardio: High-energy routines to trending tracks that get you sweating without feeling like a workout.
- Strength Training: We use dumbbells (ranging from 2.5kg to 5kg) to target upper body toning and definition.
- Step Aerobics: Rhythmic stepping to improve leg strength and endurance.
- Core Conditioning: Mat exercises including planks and crunches to build a solid, strong core.
The Studio Experience
We operate out of our air-conditioned studio in Sector 17, Rohini. You do not need to bring heavy equipment; we provide the mats, dumbbells, and steppers. Our batches are kept to a medium group size of 10-15 participants, which allows me to keep an eye on your posture and form so you stay safe. Whether you are looking for morning slots or evening batches, our focus remains the same: a supportive environment where everyone encourages each other to finish that last set of reps.
