This is what my dance fitness class is all about. Pure energy, fun moves, and sweating it out together on a great Bollywood track. You can see everyone getting into the groove in our group cardio session.
We mix it up with different music to keep things exciting. Here we are, learning a high-energy routine to a trending Haryanvi song. It’s a full-body workout that feels more like a party.
It's not just about cardio. I also focus on building strength with dumbbell exercises for toning your arms and chest, followed by mat exercises like crunches and planks to build a strong core.

About Featured
The biggest question I get is if you need to be a pro dancer to join—you really don't. We focus on movement, energy, and keeping your heart rate up, not getting every step perfect. I keep the playlist fresh with whatever is trending on the reels right now, so you are sweating to music you actually like while we work on toning and cardio.

What We Do
Our sessions are a mix of three main things:
- Dance Cardio: We pick high-energy Bollywood, Haryanvi, and pop tracks. You are going to be moving the whole time, and the hour flies by.
- Strength Training: We don't just dance. We use 2.5kg to 5kg dumbbells to work on your arms, chest, and back. It is all about functional toning, not bulking up.
- Core & Flexibility: We end our sessions on the mat with planks, crunches, and partner stretches. This helps with posture and core strength, which is essential for long-term health.
Our Studio Vibe
Located in Sector 17, our studio is fully air-conditioned with wall-to-wall mirrors. We keep the batches medium-sized (10-15 people) so you actually have space to move and I can keep an eye on your form. Whether you are a beginner or looking to get back into a routine, the environment is supportive, loud, and full of energy.
