Turnkey Office Renovation
Civil & Flooring
- Demolition of non-load-bearing partitions, removal of old flooring, and debris carting to municipal grounds.
- Supply and installation of standard commercial-grade Double Charged Vitrified Tiles (approx. 600mm x 600mm or 600mm x 1200mm).
- PCC levelling of the floor to address undulations.
Ceiling & Lighting
- Installation of interlocking PVC Panel Ceiling (water-resistant).
- Supply and fixing of standard 12W/15W Square LED Panel lights with Polycab/Finolex wiring and Anchor Roma/GM switch plates.
Custom Carpentry
- Construction using 18mm BWP or MR Grade Commercial Plywood for structural strength.
- Finished with 0.8mm to 1mm Standard Laminates in solid colors or wood textures.
- Includes linear or L-shaped executive desks with keyboard trays and 3-drawer pedestals.
- Full-height file storage cabinets with hinged doors, SS handles, and locks.
- Paneling to conceal electrical conduits.
Partitions & Glass Work
- 10mm or 12mm Toughened Glass partitions for cabins or meeting rooms.
- Standard Aluminum or wooden framing with laminate finish, patch fittings, and floor springs.
Painting & Finishing
- Wall surface preparation with putty and primer followed by 2 coats of Plastic Emulsion or Luster Paint.
- Deep cleaning and acid wash of tiles before handover.
Heavy Commercial & Restaurant Setup
Heavy Civil & Structural Works
- Complete demolition of existing structures and management of major debris.
- Construction of new internal walls using 4-inch or 6-inch AAC Light Weight Blocks or Red Bricks with sand-cement plastering.
- Construction of kadappa stone base kitchen counters, grease traps, and heavy-duty waterproofing for wet areas.
- Fabrication of storage lofts using MS heavy girders and channels with ply or checkered plate flooring.
Plumbing & Utilities
- Laying new CPVC/UPVC lines for fresh water and drainage, including points for sinks and coolers.
- Provision and routing for commercial copper/heavy-duty gas pipelines.
- Heavy-gauge electrical wiring suitable for commercial loads (HVAC, freezers) with Distribution Board installation.
Commercial Flooring & Tiling
- Heavy-duty Glazed Vitrified Tiles (GVT) or Ceramic tiles for dining areas.
- Anti-skid, acid-resistant ceramic tiles for kitchen and service zones.
- Wall dado tiling up to 4ft or 7ft height for hygiene compliance.
Interiors & Furnishing
- Custom-built cash/service counters in Plywood with Laminate or Corian-finish tops.
- Construction of sofa booth frameworks.
- Supply of commercial tables with metal bases and laminate/stone tops.
- Toughened glass glazing for shop fronts and rolling shutter installation.
Project Handover
- Full on-site supervision and coordination between civil and interior teams.
- Final site cleaning and system testing ready for inauguration.
