The complete journey of the Bikaner Express restaurant project in Mira Road. This video captures the transformation from a construction site to a fully furnished and operational hotel restaurant, culminating in the client's inauguration ceremony. I managed every detail, from the foundational work to the final decor.
This is the very beginning of a restaurant renovation. The video shows the demolition phase, where we strip the site back to its core structure. This is a critical first step in my turnkey process, ensuring a clean slate for new construction and design.

Here, my team is laying the PCC (Plain Cement Concrete) flooring, a crucial step in preparing the foundation for the new restaurant. I am on-site supervising the civil work to ensure a level and durable base for the final tiling and interior installations.
This video shows the construction of new walls using concrete blocks at a restaurant site. I am seen reviewing the plans and supervising the masonry work to ensure the new layout is built exactly to the design specifications. This is part of the core civil construction service I provide.
