Complete Office Transformations
I turn empty or outdated rooms into functional professional offices. From the first wall demolition to the final coat of paint, I handle every detail personally so you don't have to manage different contractors.
This video documents the entire process of an office renovation, from the bare structure to a finished, functional workspace. You can see the progression of flooring, wall finishing, the installation of wooden ceiling details, and the final look of the glass-enclosed cabins and a fully tiled modern washroom.
A complete view of the new office space for CA Suneet Rastogi, showcasing the open-plan work area. I used a PVC ceiling and bright lighting to make the space feel larger, while the custom desks provide ample workspace. The glass partition in the background separates the main area from private cabins.
Here are the custom-designed workstations with a clean, white finish and integrated storage. The design includes practical features like a frosted glass panel for a touch of privacy and easy-to-access power outlets, all part of a complete office interior solution.
This image shows the custom cabinetry and storage unit I built for the office. The dual-tone wood laminate finish adds warmth to the space, providing essential storage without compromising on design. Every piece of furniture is built to fit the specific layout and needs of the client.
A close-up of the detailing in the CA's office, showing the clean lines of the desk, integrated drawers, and the placement of electrical switchboards. I ensure all wiring and electrical work is seamlessly integrated into the design for a polished and professional look.
About Complete Office Transformations
I handle the full project cycle from demolition to the final polish. Because I manage everything—civil work, electrical routing, custom carpentry, and painting—you don't need to coordinate with different teams. When you hand me your space, you get a finished office ready for business.
When I take on an office project, my goal is to hand you the keys to a functional, ready-to-use workspace. I don't just provide designs. I start with the foundation: demolition, debris removal, and ensuring the civil structure is sound.
My process is built around transparency. Whether you need a simple layout with workstations or a complex setup with cabins and private meeting areas, I break down the scope clearly. For partitions, I use 10mm or 12mm toughened glass to give a professional look without blocking light. For storage and desks, I use 18mm BWP grade plywood, which stands up to daily wear and tear better than standard materials.
I also handle the MEP integration. Electrical points, data cabling, and switchboards are planned during the initial framing phase so they are hidden behind clean paneling, not left hanging. If your space needs a ceiling overhaul, I use water-resistant PVC panels that look clean and are easy to maintain.
I work with a standard, per-square-foot model for office renovations, generally ranging between ₹1200 and ₹1600 depending on the materials and the complexity of the civil work involved. This covers the flooring, ceiling, carpentry, and electrical finishing. I am on-site daily to make sure the work matches the plan, so you aren't dealing with surprises or delays.
