Pure Design Consultancy
Phase 1: Planning & Visuals
- Layouts: 2-3 furniture arrangement options (2D CAD) optimizing flow and Vaastu.
- 3D Renders: Photorealistic views for Living, Dining, Bedrooms, and Kitchen to visualize the final look.
- Mood Boards: Material palette selection including textures, colors, and design language.
Phase 2: Technical Drawings
- Civil & Ceiling: Plans for demolition, wall erection, and detailed false ceiling designs.
- Services: Electrical looping layouts, switchboard positioning, and plumbing points.
- Joinery: Detailed woodworking blueprints for wardrobes, TV units, and kitchen cabinets.
Phase 3: Support
- Selection: Up to 4-5 accompanied visits for tiles, laminates, and sanitary ware selection.
- Supervision: Fortnightly site visits to ensure the contractor follows the design blueprints.

- Flooring: Large format Glazed Vitrified Tiles (GVT) or Indian Marble (Dungri/Morwad) in living areas.
