Behind the Scenes of Our Interior Construction
Transparency is my standard. Here is exactly how I transform raw commercial and residential spaces from demolition to a finished build.
A typical day of on-site execution. This video shows me and my team taking measurements and planning the electrical conduit layout on the wall. This precision at the early stages is key to a flawless finish.
Conducting a site visit during the early demolition phase. I am inspecting the progress and coordinating with the workers to ensure the structural changes are being made according to the plan. This hands-on supervision is part of every project I undertake.
Here I am during a site visit in Mahim, inspecting the progress of a bathroom renovation. You can see the new wall tiles being installed and the concealed cistern for the toilet being fitted. I check every detail to ensure the plumbing and civil work are perfectly aligned.
This clip shows various stages of interior finishing work. You can see wall plastering, the installation of vertically laid mint green tiles in a bathroom, and the fitting of a large terrazzo-style panel, all part of the detailed execution I manage.
Supervising civil work at a site in Santacruz. My team is constructing a new brick window frame, and I am there to check the measurements and ensure the structural integrity of the work. This is a fundamental part of my design and build service.
About The Build in Progress
Before we plaster a single wall, we map out every electrical conduit by hand. I am physically there marking these lines on the bare bricks to ensure your switchboards sit exactly where your furniture needs them, rather than just where it is convenient for the electrical team.
A renovation is not just about the final look; it is about the unseen foundation. In many Mumbai apartments and offices, space is tight and infrastructure can be outdated. That is why my process begins with a full inspection of your civil structure. If we need to move a plumbing line to open up a bathroom or remove a non-load-bearing partition to expand your living area, I handle that personally.
I oversee the demolition myself so we do not damage the building’s main beams. You will often see me checking the floor levels during tiling in sites across Mumbai, because even a minor slope can cause water pooling later. We use high-quality BWP-grade plywood and standard electrical wiring, because you will not see these items again once the walls are closed. My goal is to finish the build right the first time, so you do not face maintenance headaches in six months. Whether you are building a restaurant kitchen that needs heavy-duty waterproofing or a sleek executive office, I ensure the structural integrity and technical execution are perfect before we ever touch the decor.
