Custom Marble Mandir & Storage Unit
Structure & Materials
- Upper Unit: Indian White Marble (Banswara/Dungri) with carved pillars, central dome (Ghumat), and lattice (Jaali) back panels.
- Base Cabinet: 18mm Marine Grade Ply (BWP) framework (approx. 30-36 inch height) designed for weight bearing.
- Finishes: Diamond polishing for stone and high-gloss white laminate or PU coating for the cabinet.
Hardware & Electrical
- Lighting: Recessed COB downlights inside the dome and warm-white LED strips behind stone latticework.
- Fittings: Soft-close hinges (Hettich/Ebco type) and antique brass or gold-finish handles.
- Storage: Deep drawers configured for oil bottles, wicks, and heavy puja books.
Logistics
- Transport: Lifting and handling of heavy stone slabs to apartment floor (including staircase logistics).
- Installation: On-site assembly, resin jointing, and final cleaning.
Civil Temple Construction & Stonework
Civil Execution
- Structure: Foundation work including excavation, PCC base, and RCC columns/slabs.
- Masonry: Wall construction using AAC blocks or Red bricks with sand-cement plastering (internal and external).
- Materials: All-inclusive supply of cement, sand, aggregate, and structural steel.
Stonework & Flooring
- Flooring: Traditional Kota Stone or Indian Marble laying with leveled bedding and mirror polishing.
- Cladding: Installation of carved stone pillars (solid or clad) and decorative archways.
- Detailing: Stone skirting, molding, and borders for the sanctum sanctorum area.
Site Management
- Supervision: Daily technical supervision for structural integrity.
- Waterproofing: Basic treatment for roof slabs and foundation areas.
Marble & Kota Stone Restoration
Surface Preparation
- Grinding: Machine grinding to remove uneven joints (lippage) and create a flat surface.
- Repairs: Filling minor cracks, pinholes, and chips with color-matched resin or epoxy.
Polishing Process
- Honing: Multi-stage polishing using diamond grit pads (ranging from coarse grit 60 to fine grit 3000).
- Hardening: Application of chemical densifiers to increase surface durability (for marble).
Final Finish
- Buffing: Crystalline polishing or Tin Oxide powder treatment for a reflective mirror-gloss finish.
- Scope: Applicable for Indian Marble, Italian Marble, and Kota Stone surfaces.
