Turnkey Retail & Salon Execution
Civil & Flooring
- Site Prep: Dismantling existing partitions and debris removal (up to 2 truckloads).
- Flooring: Installation of 4ft x 2ft High-Gloss or Satin-Finish Glazed Vitrified Tiles (Kajaria/Somany or equivalent).
- Wet Areas: Waterproofing and plumbing for wash stations (Salons) or pantry areas.
Ceiling & Lighting
- False Ceiling: Designer Gypsum false ceiling (Saint-Gobain/Gyproc) with multi-level coves or rafts.
- Illumination: Heavy density lighting plan including COB spot lights, linear LED profile lights, and warm strip lights in coves.
- Electrical: Polycab/Havells wiring with modular switches (Legrand/Anchor Roma).
Carpentry & Decor
- Wall Paneling: PVC fluted panels, charcoal louvers, or wallpaper accents for feature walls.
- Fixed Furniture: Custom reception desk (Corian or Laminate finish), display racks, and storage units using BWP Plywood and 1mm Laminate.
- Glass Work: Mirrors with sensor-based backlighting or toughened glass shop-front glazing.
Finishing
- Paint: Plastic Emulsion paint (Asian Paints Royale/Velvet Touch) for walls.
- Handover: Deep cleaning and final site cleanup.

Partitioning
- Glass: Toughened glass partitions (10mm) with patch fittings or Aluminum powder-coated frames for cabins.
- Privacy: Frosted film branding or blinds on glass sections.
Workstations & Furniture

- 3D Visualization: High-quality 3D renders of key areas (Lobby, Main Cabin, Salon Floor) to visualize the environment.
Technical Drawings (GFC Set)
- Civil & Electrical: Demolition plans, partition marking, electrical looping layout, and switchboard positioning.
- Ceiling: Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP) detailing cove levels and light points.
- Joinery Details: Detailed measurements for reception tables, wardrobes, and storage for carpenter use.
Consultation Support
- Material Selection: Accompanied visits to local markets for selecting tiles, laminates, and light fixtures.
- Site Supervision: Periodic site visits (4 to 6 total) to check design adherence during marking and framing stages.

My Story
I’m Amit, founder of Breathing Walls. सब कुछ एक सपने से शुरू हुआ (Everything started with a dream). I wanted my parents to have a home filled with comfort and happiness, not just walls.
