Even in a group setting, my focus is on individual form. Here, I'm guiding an athlete through a squat, ensuring her technique is precise before adding weight. Quality movement always comes first.
My coaching method is Tell Show Do Check. I demonstrate the movement, have you perform it, and then provide immediate feedback to refine your technique, as seen here teaching the split jerk to a large group with varied fitness levels.
We start with the basics to build a strong foundation. Here, I'm drilling movement patterns with medicine balls to prepare the class for moving better and more efficiently with a barbell during hang squat cleans.
Before we ever lift heavy, we drill the positions. I guide the class through snatch drills with a PVC pipe to ensure everyone understands the mechanics. This focus on quality over quantity is the secret to safe and effective weightlifting.

We use the Tell-Show-Do-Check method for every single session. I demonstrate the movement, you perform it, and then I provide immediate, hands-on feedback to refine your technique. This ensures you master the mechanics before we ever increase the intensity or weight, keeping you injury-free while you work toward your goals.
Whether you are a complete beginner, recovering from an injury, or chasing a specific milestone like your first strict pull-up or muscle-up, our approach is built on three pillars: Mechanics, Consistency, and Intensity. We prioritize the movement patterns first, fixing your form until it feels natural.
Our personal training is not about random exercises. It is a roadmap. If you sign up for 1-on-1 sessions, you get 12 private hours per month with a Level 2 coach. We use industrial-grade Rogue and Bullrock equipment, Concept 2 rowers, and dedicated rigs in our warehouse gym in Yemalur. We do not use AC; we use hard work, ventilation, and real coaching.
We also offer small group personal training for up to 3 people. This is ideal if you want the benefit of expert supervision but enjoy training with a partner. You get individualized programming tracks while sharing the facility, keeping the cost efficient without sacrificing the quality of the coaching attention. We track your progress, analyze your lifts on video, and guide your nutrition for better performance, not just weight loss.
