Functional Fitness Training for Everyone in Gurgaon
Whether you are a beginner, a senior, or an athlete, my studio is built for you. No ego lifting, no judgment, just real movement that helps you live a pain-free life.
Yes, men train here too! My studio is for men who want to build functional strength, eliminate pain, and improve their overall health without the ego-lifting culture. Here, clients work on everything from goblet squats to dumbbell curls with a focus on proper form.
A glimpse into a typical session at Fitness Wired. You'll see clients of all fitness levels working on their individual goals, from agility drills to strength exercises like the overhead press and stability ball crunches. It's all about creating a healthier, disease-free life.
It's all about being fit for a pain-free life. Here you can see a variety of clients engaged in bodyweight and free-weight training, including shoulder presses and deadlifts. My focus is on building the strength to carry your own body's weight with confidence.
This is our circuit training in action. I guide the group through different stations, ensuring everyone maintains proper form while pushing their limits. This kind of high-intensity workout is fantastic for building endurance and burning fat in a dynamic group setting.
Another look at our energetic circuit training session. Clients move between agility ladder drills and kettlebell swings, keeping the heart rate up. I'm always there to correct form, like reminding a client to keep their back straight during swings, to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Squats can be a challenge for many, so we start with the basics. Here, I'm guiding clients through assisted squats using TRX straps to perfect their form before adding weight. Whether the goal is gaining strength or losing fat, every journey starts with a solid foundation.
Partner workouts make fitness fun and interactive. Here, two clients perform medicine ball squat throws, an exercise that works the arms, core, and legs all at once. This is a great way to build strength while motivating each other.
The squat hold challenge after an intense HIIT session is tougher than it looks! This is a great test of muscular endurance and mental grit. The smiles and grimaces show the real, fun, and challenging atmosphere of our group classes.
The squat walk is a fantastic exercise for building leg strength and endurance. In this group drill, I'm pushing my clients to stay low and keep moving. It's a simple but highly effective movement that really burns the thighs.
Frog jumps are a staple in our HIIT classes for a reason. This explosive plyometric exercise is amazing for building power in the lower body and getting your heart rate soaring. Here, clients are pushing through the burn together.
About Training for Every Body
Most gyms are about how much weight you can stack on a bar to impress someone across the room. At my studio, we do the opposite. We use functional tools like TRX, kettlebells, and your own body weight to improve how you move in your daily life. If you have been struggling with back pain or just want to feel stronger without the typical gym-bro culture, this is where you start.
I started Fitness Wired because I wanted to create a space that feels like a community rather than a warehouse full of heavy machines. Here is how we train to get you results that actually matter:
Functional Training for Real Life
We focus on movements that translate to your day-to-day. If you pick up groceries, play with your kids, or sit at a desk for 10 hours, we train you to do that without injury. We use barbells, dumbbells, and TRX straps to build stability and power. We do not use isolation machines because real life does not happen in a fixed path of motion.
Training for Everyone
- For Men: Stop worrying about ego lifting. We build functional strength, fix posture, and eliminate the joint pain that comes from a sedentary work life.
- For Women: We move past the fear of 'bulking up'. Strength training is the most powerful tool you have for confidence and bone health.
- For Seniors & Beginners: We start where you are. If you have medical reports or mobility issues, we look at those first. Your safety is non-negotiable.
The No-Judgment Zone
I am not here to watch you struggle quietly. I am here to correct your form, push you when you are slacking, and cheer when you hit a new PR. You will find that I am a bit of a commander on the floor—I will call out your name, I will ask you to check your form, and I will push you to finish those last few reps. We work hard, but we laugh a lot too.
My studio at Conscient One, Sector 109, is open to anyone ready to put in the work. Come ready to move, sweat, and leave feeling capable.
