I provide a supportive environment for women to learn practical self-defense. My classes focus on techniques from boxing, kickboxing, and grappling, all designed to work in real-world scenarios, regardless of size or strength.
Future Champions: Kids & Teens Martial Arts
My youth program is about more than just fighting; it's about building discipline, respect, and confidence. I teach kids practical martial arts skills in a safe and structured environment, helping them become strong and resilient.
Mastering the Craft: Technique & Drills
Real skill is built on a strong foundation. I focus on the core mechanics of striking and grappling, including proper stance, footwork, punching combinations from boxing, and powerful kicks from Muay Thai. These drills are designed for muscle memory and practical application.

Welcome to our state-of-the-art training center, built in partnership with 91 Sporting. We have everything you need to train like a champion, including a professional MMA octagon, a full range of punching bags, and dedicated space for grappling and strength conditioning.
