Why I Do This
In the fauj, threats are at the border. In samaaj, they’re everywhere. That’s the asli fight. I started this instructor certification because Kavach isn’t just about technique – it’s a mindset. We shape instructors who get the ground reality and can actually guide others.
Who Can Join
No prior martial arts needed. I like working with ‘empty glasses’ – it’s easier to fill them with real, practical knowledge. Age isn’t a barrier, but commitment is. If you want to teach and have the will to learn, you fit right in.
What You’ll Learn
- Warrior Mindset: Mental strength, handling fear, situational awareness
- Physical Skills: Street-ready basics, not sports moves – think road rage, bullying, molestation scenarios
- Weapon Defense: Knife and common weapon safety
- Conditioning: Stamina and reflexes for real confrontations
- How to Teach: Classroom management, communication, keeping students safe
The Kavach Boot Camp
6-7 days, hardcore training, 6 hours a day at Kavach Academy, Noida. Outstation folks can get in-house food and stay, so you focus only on learning.
After Certification
Welcome to the Kavach gang. You can start your own self-defense classes, work on live projects (corporate, schools), or join my team full time. Certification is recognized by SPEFL-SC and aligns with NSQF guidelines.

My Story
Jai Hind! Varun Rawat here. 22 years in forces, trained Army special units, Delhi Police - but real danger, I saw, is everywhere for civilians. Road rage, bullying, ghar ke andar bhi (even inside the home). That’s why I started Kavach, meaning shield. Our goal? Give strength to anyone who feels weak. Awards mil gaye, but my team is my pride. We’re not just fighters, we’re family. Kavach Family, ek wolf pack (a wolf pack), growing and growling together.

Tactical Military Combat & Corporate Workshops - Special tactical military combat training, and corporate self defense workshops for teams and groups.
Warrior Mindset Coaching - Fight starts in the mind. We build confidence, mental toughness, and teach fear management.
Open to All, No Experience Needed - No martial arts background? No problem. Anyone from 8 to 55 joins, we build you up from zero.
More Than Techniques – Kavach Family - It’s fitness, stamina, reflexes, and joining the Kavach Gang. You come alone, leave as family.
