About Additional Work
Whether you are looking to certify as a trainer or want to build personal defense skills, every session at our Noida academy mimics real street encounters rather than the ring. You will be on the mats for 6 hours a day for 7 days straight, learning how to handle weapon threats and tactical scenarios that standard martial arts ignore. This is physical, gritty work, and we keep it grounded in reality.
When I left the forces, I realized the threats on the street are just as unpredictable as those at the border. That is why Kavach is built on a simple premise: if it does not work on the street, it does not belong in our curriculum. We strip away the fancy kicks and point-based rules that martial arts academies prioritize. Instead, we focus on raw, tactical efficiency.
The Training Philosophy
Our training, conducted at our Sector 73 and Sector 132 facilities in Noida, is built around the warrior mindset. You learn how to manage fear, identify threats in your peripheral vision, and neutralize danger before it escalates. We use scenarios like road rage, bullying, and home invasions to build muscle memory.

I am Varun Rawat, and for 22 years, I trained India’s elite armed forces.
