Since we train on outdoor synthetic courts at GD Goenka, our schedule is consistent but weather-dependent. We run batches Monday to Friday, and we adapt our sessions to the environment. When the weather gets intense, we pivot to footwork and high-intensity strategy drills rather than full-court scrimmages. It is not a climate-controlled gym, but it is where we build real stamina and basketball IQ in the fresh air.

We believe basketball coaching in East Delhi should be about more than just drills. We focus on three core pillars: fundamentals, fitness, and having fun (masti, as we call it). Whether you are looking for youth basketball training near Karkardooma or hoping to get your child into a competitive summer camp, our approach stays consistent.

Our batches are split into Juniors, Sub-Juniors, and Seniors to ensure every player gets the right level of attention. We do not just stand around; our 75-minute sessions are packed with conditioning, ball handling, and passing drills. For parents, the most rewarding part is seeing kids build discipline without it feeling like a chore. We organize regular friendly matches against other academies so players can test their skills under real-game pressure, rather than just practicing in a vacuum.

If you are joining us, please remember that we are an outdoor academy. We provide the floodlights for winter evenings, but you will need to bring your own basketball and proper grip-sole shoes. We are big on the grind, so expect to sweat, but you will also hear plenty of cheers and encouragement from the sidelines.
