About Basketball Coaching
We run our sessions on a hard concrete outdoor court, so we prioritize stamina and footwork drills during every session. Because our batches are limited to 20 students per instructor to ensure everyone gets enough court time, spots fill up quickly—you should check our current batch availability before planning your visit.
How We Run Our Basketball Sessions
At MM Multi Sports Academy, we keep the coaching straightforward. Our basketball program is designed for kids and teens aged 5 to 16 who want to learn the sport from the ground up without any fluff.
We do not believe in massive, crowded classes. By keeping each batch between 12 to 20 students, we ensure that every player gets actual time with the coach. You will spend each 60-minute session rotating through specific drills that build motor skills, dribbling techniques, and shooting mechanics.
What to Expect at the Court
Our training happens on a dedicated outdoor concrete surface. Because these are outdoor sessions, we prioritize consistent attendance to build endurance, sprinting capability, and agility. We provide the balls for all drills, so you just need to bring your own sports shoes and a water bottle.
Every session closes with a scrimmage or match practice. This is where you put the drills into action. It is not just about standing in a line; it is about moving and actually playing the game.
Important Logistics
- Schedule: We operate 5 to 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday.
- Age Group: The program is open for ages 5 to 16.
- Location: We are based in Sector 4, Gurugram.
