We are passionate about building the next generation of players. Here, our coach works with our U10 girls and lil-hoops group on essential ball-handling drills, building coordination and confidence from a young age.
We break down advanced techniques to make them achievable. This drill focuses on the dribble-penetration and jump-stop, a key move for attacking the basket, teaching players proper footwork and control.
We are proud to be an official basketball training center for Ecoach Basketball, a training partner of the NBA Coaching Association. This partnership brings world-class, professional training methods to our players here in India.

At All-Star Basketball Southern Asia (ABSA), our philosophy is simple: fundamentals first. Located at Crossover Court in Visthar, Hennur Road, our indoor facility provides a year-round training environment that does not stop for rain or heat. We believe that whether you are a youth player picking up a ball for the first time or an adult looking to sharpen your handles, the grind remains the same.
Our curriculum is built on the Ecoach Basketball syllabus, a partnership that brings NBA-level coaching standards to Bangalore. We focus on the details that often get missed in casual play—proper jump-stops, lateral defensive positioning, and efficient shooting mechanics. Our sessions, whether 1-on-1 private coaching or group batches for U10 to U18, are designed to create muscle memory.

We have adult fitness programs for working professionals that mix cardio with organized scrimmage play, and our virtual Zoom sessions ensure that even when you cannot make it to Hennur, you are still getting your reps in.
