In baking, 'andaze' or guesswork just doesn't work. I'm explaining why precise measurement is the most critical step in my from-scratch process. It's the key to consistent, reliable, and delicious results every time.

I want to show you exactly how I make my popular apple cake. This is a look into my process, where I explain each step, from emulsifying the wet ingredients by hand to gently folding in the flour and a generous amount of real apple chunks.

I often get asked why my shelves aren't overflowing with options. It's because I am a pre-order focused bakery. This ensures everything you get is baked fresh, just for you, using the best ingredients without compromise.

I'm very proud of this Fruit Crumble with Custard. It's made without maida or processed sugar, using a fresh fruit compote, a whole wheat crumble, and a creamy custard sweetened with khandsari sugar. It’s proof that wholesome can be incredibly delicious.

This is the heart of my work. It's about being intentional and knowing exactly what goes into my food. Every ingredient has a purpose and deserves to be there.

About Our From-Scratch Philosophy

You won't find shelves packed with ready-made stock here. Because I do not use preservatives, everything is baked fresh to order for your specific event. If you are looking for a dessert that is built on science and intention rather than a factory line, you are in the right place.

When I say everything is made from scratch, I mean it. In my kitchen, there are no shortcuts, no chemical preservatives, and absolutely no pre-mixes. Baking is a science. When you use 'andaze' or guesswork, the results are inconsistent. That is why I weigh every ingredient with clinical precision. Whether I am whipping up a batch of my signature bombolinis or designing a custom celebration cake, the process starts with raw, high-quality components like pure butter, fresh fruits, and real dairy cream.

Being a small-batch bakery in Mulund West means I have full control over the entire process. I do not believe in churning out mass-produced sweets that sit on a shelf for days.
