How I Bake
I’m strict about my ‘from-scratch’ promise. No premixes, no shortcuts, no preservatives. I use real chocolate, butter, and fresh fruits. Processed sugars and non-dairy creams? Bilkul nahi (absolutely not). Baking is science - andaze se kaam nahi chalta (guesswork doesn’t work here). Every layer is made fresh for your order, even if it takes 24 hours.
