These treats are only around for a short time each year, so I make sure each one feels special.
How I Bake for the Season
Everything’s made from scratch. No premixes, no preservatives, no shortcuts. Baking isn’t like regular cooking where thoda andaza (a bit of guesswork) chalega (will do) - it’s all about precision. I use pure butter, real chocolate, and fresh, seasonal fruits. It’s more work, but that’s how you get the real taste of celebration.
