My tarts and pies are built on a foundation of buttery, from-scratch pastry. Fillings range from the trendy Dubai-inspired chocolate and pistachio to classic sea salt caramel and unique Indian fusion concepts like baked rasgulla.

I make my bombolini and doughnuts the healthier way, by baking them until they are light and fluffy. They are then filled with rich, homemade creams like Boston Cream, Lemon Meringue, and Triple Chocolate.
