We do not just train athletes; we build a tribe. From the synthetic track at Jayanagar to our private sandpit gym, our programs are designed for those who want to show up, work hard, and fail better.

About this collection

We often hear athletes worry about joint pain from heavy track work, which is exactly why we built our indoor sandpit. It allows us to work on explosive plyometrics and speed drills with significantly lower impact than concrete or turf. It gets messy and it is physically demanding, but it is the fastest way to build real, functional power for track and field events.

At Indian Athletic Academy, we believe that championships are not won on the podium, but in the hours of training that nobody sees. Whether you are aiming for a state medal or looking to improve your general speed and agility, our training environment is built to sustain that effort.

We operate across two distinct zones in Bengaluru to cover your training needs. Track sessions are held at Kittur Rani Chennamma Stadium in Jayanagar, where we focus on sprints, hurdles, and relays. For the strength and conditioning phase, we move to our private facility in Kumaraswamy Layout. This gym features our specialized indoor sandpit for high-intensity plyometrics and a dedicated lifting area for compound movements like cleans and snatches.

How We Train

  • Inclusive Coaching: Our team is diverse. From our para-athletes receiving 1-on-1 guide support to juniors just starting their journey, we maintain a culture where every athlete gets the same intensity and technical feedback.
  • Technical Focus: We use video analysis to correct your form, whether it is your hurdling rhythm or your squat depth. If you are lifting, we ensure it builds explosive power for your specific sport, not just gym bulk.
