About this collection

When you bring your child to the track for training, they won't just run laps. They learn track discipline, hurdle form, and the mental toughness that separates an athlete from a casual runner. We focus on U-10 to U-18 categories, ensuring they get the same rigorous technical correction as our senior competitors.

Our approach to youth athletics is simple: build the foundation first. Many start here as young as 10, and our goal is to prepare them for district, state, and national-level competitions. We operate out of Kittur Rani Chennamma Stadium in Jayanagar, where we run sessions 5 to 6 days a week.

What the training covers

We break the development down by age and ability. For the youngest starters, we emphasize movement mechanics, coordination, and building a genuine love for the sport—what we call masti (fun) while training. As they progress into the U-14 and U-18 categories, the focus shifts to specific discipline mastery. This includes sprint starts, hurdle rhythm, relay exchanges, and jumping techniques like the standing broad jump.

Our training philosophy

We don't believe in shortcuts. Whether it’s a 100m sprint or a 3000m long-distance race, it’s about the grind. Coaches like Kishon and the rest of our team provide direct, hands-on correction. You’ll see them right there on the track, not standing on the sidelines. We also manage expectations—coaching is about showing up when you don't feel like it, and pushing through the slog of conditioning.

Preparing for meets

Our programs align with the School Olympic calendar. We help athletes with technique and mental preparation to handle the pressure of big meets. It’s a group environment where kids learn from each other, pushing peers to run faster and jump further. If your child is serious about sports, this is the environment to build that competitive edge.

I’m Roshan, and I built this academy because I know that with the right grind, anyone can win. My team of coaches works directly with junior athletes to turn raw potential into medals, treating every U-10 beginner with the same respect as a national champion.
