We do not just teach shots; we build the engine to sustain them. From sand resistance to hill sprints, this is how we forge the mental and physical grit required for the court.
Sand training is not just about fitness; it's about building grit. Here you can see me guiding an athlete through agility cone drills and resistance exercises on the sand, which significantly increases the difficulty and builds incredible lower body strength.
Hill fitness is a staple in my program. This video shows athletes performing high-intensity cone drills on an incline, a method I use to build cardiovascular endurance and explosive leg drive simultaneously.
We use every environment to our advantage. This is a stair training session where athletes perform dynamic movements and jumps to build power, coordination, and stamina.
Speed and endurance work on the track is fundamental. This video shows my athletes doing sprint drills on a clay track, focusing on running form and building the stamina required for long matches and events.

About Forging Mental & Physical Toughness
We do not do boring treadmill sessions. If you are training here, expect to be on the sand or attacking a hill. Sand training forces your stabilizers to work overtime, building the ankle strength you actually need to pivot fast on a tennis court. It is uncomfortable and exhausting, but it is exactly what prevents injury when you are pushing for that match point.
Our philosophy is simple: Sirf mehnat (only hard work). No shortcuts. If you are looking for a gym where you can scroll through your phone between sets, this is not the place for you. We treat fitness as the foundation of your athletic success, not an afterthought.
The Training Method
We move away from standard machine-based workouts to build functional power. Our Elite High-Performance Program includes:
- Sand & Terrain Work: Training on loose sand or riverbeds forces your body to adapt to unstable surfaces, which builds incredible lower body stability and ankle resilience.
- Hill Sprints: We use local inclines for cardiovascular endurance and explosive leg drive. This is non-negotiable for anyone aiming for state or national rankings.
- Stair & Track Drills: These sessions focus on explosive speed, reaction time, and coordination, helping you maintain intensity even in the third set of a long match.
