Professional Tennis Coaching for All Skill Levels
Whether you are picking up a racquet for the first time or training for the pro circuit, we bridge the gap between serious hard work and having a blast on the red clay.
I am a player first, and I bring that energy and experience to every coaching session. This is me in my element, demonstrating the powerful forehand technique and on-court agility that I teach all my students, from beginners to advanced players.
Winning is a mindset. Here I am celebrating my victories in both the Singles and Mixed Doubles categories at the Gadre Gaspar Dias 2025 tournament. I teach my students the same dedication and resilience it takes to become a champion.
This is my team, my family. This picture captures the amazing energy of a group session at the academy. We welcome players of all ages, creating a supportive and enthusiastic environment for both kids and adults to learn and grow in tennis.
We believe in having fun while we train. Here's a little game we played where my students tested my ability to recognize their voices. Building a strong coach-player bond is just as important as drills, and these are the moments that make our academy special.
I was incredibly honored to receive the Red Shakti Award from Red FM, recognizing me as a top sports entrepreneur in Bangalore. In my speech, I shared my core belief: dedication and hard work matter more than anything. It's a message I instill in every player at my academy.
A coach's proudest moments are seeing their students succeed. This is what it's all about, celebrating four trophies won by my players in a single tournament. Their hard work pays off, and it motivates all of us at Trisha's Pro Tennis Academy.
Everything is earned on the court. This shot from a training session on clay captures the focus and determination required for every backhand and forehand. This is the work ethic I practice myself and pass on to my students during our tennis lessons.
About Featured
When you step onto our red clay courts, you aren't just running generic drills. I structure every session to mimic real match situations, ensuring you develop point construction skills alongside your basic strokes. We do not believe in boring, repetitive training, so we combine high-volume basket drills with actual match strategy. This ensures that when you leave the court, you are not just sweating, you are smarter, faster, and more confident in your game.
Tennis is a mental game as much as a physical one, and that is exactly how we train at our Kaggadasapura and Malleshpalya branches. We start with the fundamentals—grip, stance, and footwork—on our red clay courts, which are generally easier on the joints compared to hard courts.
For those just starting, our group coaching focuses on 'funfitness.' We keep the drills engaging so you build stamina without hating every second of it. If you are a competitive player, we dial up the intensity. The High-Performance batch involves 2.5-hour sessions filled with live ball rallies and match simulations. We occasionally use video analysis to fix micro-technique errors, ensuring you get the most out of every serve and volley.
I run this academy because I am a player first. I have lived through the struggles of being an Indian girl player and getting told I was too short or not 'the right type.' I use those experiences to help my students build a mindset that prioritizes dedication over excuses. Whether you are a beginner or looking to compete on the circuit, we have a spot for you. We focus on small batch sizes to ensure you get personal attention, and we constantly celebrate the small wins, like a solid backhand or a well-placed serve, right alongside the big tournament trophies.
