This is what we grind for. I am incredibly proud to announce that my student, Sai Pushkar, has been selected for the official Team India U-15 squad. He will represent the nation at the Badminton Asia Junior Championships in Chengdu, China.

Elite defense is built through repetition. Here, I use a multi-shuttle feeding drill to sharpen a player's reflexes, improve their defensive stance, and build the endurance to return powerful smashes under pressure.

Victory is a team effort. Celebrating a massive haul of 3 Gold and 1 Silver medals at the Yonex Sunrise All India Sub-Junior Ranking Tournament in Bangalore. This is a testament to the hard work of my players and the dedication of my coaching staff.

Agility ladder drills are fundamental to our training. They are not just about moving fast; they improve footwork precision, boost reaction time, and build the mind-body coordination essential for covering the court effectively.

Gold on the international stage. A huge congratulations to my players Vriddhi Ponnamma & Aditi Deepak Raj for winning the U-19 Girls Doubles at the YONEX-SUNRISE KOTAK India Junior International Series.
