Architectural Vision & Campus Exteriors
We plan and design institutional campuses that balance modern structural aesthetics with the functional needs of educational environments. From site-specific master planning to facade design, we ensure every building supports its community.
An aerial and ground-level video tour of the Konark Academy campus in Kurukshetra. This showcases the scale of the project, from the grand entrance and modern facades to the lush green surroundings and thoughtful layout.
This video chronicles our journey in designing the Unani Medicine Factory for Aligarh Muslim University. It shows the project from early sketches to the final constructed building, highlighting our collaborative and visionary process.
The main facade of Konark Academy, showcasing its modern, block-like forms and large glass windows. The design balances solid mass with transparent elements, creating a dynamic and contemporary architectural statement.
A long-range view of the Konark Academy campus, showing the main road leading to the entrance. The building's soft beige facade stands out against the clear blue sky, presenting a clean and inviting image.
The patterned pavement of the walkway adds texture and visual interest to the exterior of Konark Academy. The design includes covered pathways that provide shelter and connect different parts of the building.
A wide shot of the Konark Academy building, emphasizing its linear design and the rhythmic placement of windows. The architecture is clean, modern, and functional, designed to house a dynamic learning community.

About this collection
Designing a campus involves more than just the building footprint. It requires rigorous site analysis to account for sun-path and wind direction, ensuring every classroom receives optimal natural light while reducing energy consumption. We focus on master planning that streamlines circulation patterns, making the physical environment conducive to both focused study and collaborative learning.
Our approach to institutional architecture moves away from repetitive, off-the-shelf designs. Instead, we analyze the specific needs of each project, whether it is a new school campus or an industrial facility for a university.
For projects like Konark Academy in Kurukshetra, we emphasized a linear, modern facade that allows for rhythmic window placement, maximizing daylight while maintaining structural integrity. The 1.4 lakh sq. ft. campus layout was planned to integrate recreational zones, such as playgrounds, directly with the learning blocks, ensuring a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.
In our work for Aligarh Muslim University, we demonstrated our ability to adapt to cultural contexts. The Unani Medicine factory, spanning 5 acres, required a fusion of traditional Islamic architectural elements with modern industrial requirements. We utilized brickwork and arched forms to respect the local heritage while incorporating features like climate-responsive ventilation and efficient utility routing.
We manage the entire process, from master planning and 3D visualization to site supervision. This ensures that the design intent—whether it involves biophilic elements, acoustic control in libraries, or grand entrance lobbies—is maintained through to the final construction phase.
