This informs how we plan your setbacks and massing strategy, ensuring your home feels private while staying connected to the outdoors.
Once the concept is locked, we move to the technical layer. This involves:
- Volumetric Design: We use 3D renders and physical models to understand how spaces stack and where double-height cutouts can amplify light.
- Detailed Construction Drawings (GFC): Our blueprints are comprehensive, detailing everything from window placements for wind capture to electrical looping and plumbing diagrams.
- Collaboration: We treat you as a partner, presenting visualizations that let you experience the flow of the home before any civil work commences.
This approach reduces ambiguity on-site. By the time we start construction, we have already coordinated with structural engineers for beam placement and finalized details for elements like skylights and mild steel louvers.
