We design commercial and institutional spaces that do more than just house a business—they shape how people work and learn. From retail storefronts to educational centers, our approach focuses on functional layouts, identity-driven facades, and maximizing natural light.

The completed facade for the Master Granitto marble store in Jigani. We worked with angular geometry, ACP panels, and glass to create a dynamic and modern form that reflects the nature of the business.

A design for the Global Estates commercial building. The facade uses a playful arrangement of vertical wooden louvers and glass to maximize natural light in the workspaces while creating a unique architectural identity.

This render shows our design for a commercial complex in Peenya. The facade is articulated with angled planes and a mix of materials to create a visually interesting form that breaks away from a simple box.

A proposed mixed-use project featuring office spaces and residential units. The contemporary facade blends exposed concrete with warm wooden cladding and angular balconies that integrate with the site's profile.

A look at the Bunnies Kindergarten project in Bangalore. We used bright colors on the facade and designed large common areas and classrooms with ample natural light to create a playful and effective learning environment.

Our upcoming mosque project, "Miraj Mosque". The name means "The Ascending," which inspired the design. The form and minarets are designed to ascend from south to north in a contemporary interpretation of Islamic architecture.

About Commercial & Institutional Architecture

Our design process for commercial buildings begins with site orientation and specific business requirements, rather than a one-size-fits-all floor plan. For a retail store, we might manipulate geometry and materials like ACP or glass to create a dynamic street-facing facade, while for educational institutions, we prioritize large common areas and expansive windows to ensure classrooms remain bright and naturally ventilated. We focus on building both your brand identity and long-term usability from the very first sketch.
