Your home’s exterior is its first conversation with the neighborhood. We design facades that balance privacy, natural light, and modern materials to create a unique identity for your residence.

A proposed elevation where glass, stone, and wood create a harmonious balance. Expansive glass panels are designed to maximize natural light, while the stone base provides a sense of permanence and the wood cladding adds warmth.

The completed elevation for Mr. Vinay's residence in Bangalore. The video shows how the combination of exposed brick, white plaster, and glass railings creates a clean, contemporary look that stands out in the neighborhood.

The facade for Sai Residence is crafted with travertine, textured paint, and wooden rafters. The projecting balconies and full-height windows are designed to foster a strong connection between the interior spaces and the exterior.

This render is for a weekend home built with a PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) structure. The design combines modern luxury with smart construction, featuring a flat roof, extensive glazing, and integrated greenery for a perfect retreat.

A proposed elevation for a residence in Udaipur. The design is minimalistic and sophisticated, defined by clean lines, cantilevered balconies with greenery, and a muted material palette suitable for the Rajasthan climate.

This contemporary home design uses a soft beige palette with striking brick and glass block accents. The combination of materials and textures creates a facade that is both modern and inviting.

The completed residence for Mr. Prakash Reddy. The design features a prominent wood-clad box on the first floor, contrasted with light stone and surrounded by lush landscaping that we integrated into the entrance design.

About this collection

It is tempting to pick an elevation from a magazine, but a facade that works on one plot might fail on yours. We start with a sun path study and a check of your neighborhood context—essential in dense Bengaluru layouts—to ensure your exterior isn't just visually striking, but also functional, managing heat and privacy without sacrificing natural light.

A facade is more than the skin of a building; it is a structural and environmental filter. In our work, we look at the facade as a way to control the interior climate before you even step inside. Whether it is using a brick jali screen to break harsh sunlight in a west-facing house, or strategically placing windows for wind capture in a compact city plot, the exterior design dictates how you will live in the home.

We don't use a 'one-size-fits-all' aesthetic. Instead, we work with a material palette that feels honest and grounded: exposed brick, natural stone, reclaimed wood, and clean concrete. For compact urban homes, we focus on volumetric stacking—using setbacks and staggered levels to create the illusion of height and mass. For larger villas, we prioritize integration with the landscape, using cantilevered decks and double-height glass cutouts to blur the line between the house and the garden.

How We Approach Facade Design

  • Site Analysis: We evaluate your plot's orientation. South or west-facing facades get different treatment than north-facing ones to reduce heat gain.
  • Material Honesty: We prefer materials that age well. Brick, stone, and wood are treated to retain their natural texture over time rather than hiding behind layers of paint.
  • Functional Aesthetics: If we add a balcony or a chajja (sunshade), it serves a dual purpose—providing shade and creating visual depth.
  • Privacy and Light: Our design process ensures you get ample daylight through skylights and large windows without compromising on privacy from neighboring houses.

When we draft your elevation, we provide 3D renders that help you visualize how the materials will look at different times of the day. This isn't just about making the house look good from the street; it is about making sure the design works for your daily routine.
