Signature Skylight Courtyard
Structural Glazing & Fabrication
- Custom Skylight: Mild Steel (MS) box-section framework fabrication, anti-rust treated and powder coated in Black or Charcoal Grey.
- Glass Roofing: 10mm to 12mm Toughened glass or Laminated glass for rain protection and natural light diffusion.
- Security Grills: Aesthetic MS rod-style grills integrated into the skylight structure to prevent intrusion while maintaining light flow.
Civil & Hardscaping
- Waterproofing: Multi-layer waterproofing for sunken slab areas, including drain cell mats and geotextile fabric to ensure zero leakage.
- Flooring: Mix of natural stone slabs (Kota, Sadarahalli Granite, or Tandur) and loose river pebble beds for texture.
- Wall Cladding: Natural split-face stone cladding or exposed brick tile highlights on the courtyard boundary wall.
Softscape & Lighting
- Focal Plant: Provision and planting of one semi-mature specimen tree (e.g., Plumeria/Frangipani) suitable for indoor light conditions.
- Ground Cover: Shade-tolerant underplanting (Ferns, Monsteras, Spider plants) with high-nutrient soil mix.
- Ambience: Waterproof IP65 rated uplighters for the tree and concealed LED strip lighting for niche highlights.
Terrace Garden & Leisure Pavilion
Shade Structures & Fabrication
- Pergola/Gazebo: MS fabricated structure with WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) rafters or toughened glass roof for a semi-open lounge area.
- Privacy Screens: MS louvers or laser-cut jaali screens (optional) for privacy from neighboring buildings.
Flooring & Civil Works
- Decking: Premium WPC outdoor decking (wood look) or anti-skid Terracotta/Natural Stone pavers laid in a pattern.
- Built-in Seating: Civil masonry seating (cement benches) finished with stone slabs or granite tops for weather-proof durability.
- Planter Boxes: Construction of brick masonry planter boxes along parapet walls with proper waterproofing and drainage outlets.
