This is the core of my retreats. We start with a trek through the misty mountains and then settle in for a guided yoga and meditation session. This is where you find real 'sukoon', away from all the noise.

About Yoga & Trekking Retreats: Pahadon Mein Sukoon
This is real work, not a walk in the park. We trek for 2-3 hours through Nandi Hills before diving into a deep, 90-minute traditional Ashtanga session on the hilltop. You need to be prepared for the climb and bring your own mat—I handle the route and the technique, but the sweat and the effort belong to you.
Most people seek peace in a spa, but real sukoon requires a bit of friction. These retreats are built on the idea that you need to challenge the body to calm the mind. We start early, meeting at the base of Nandi Hills for a guided trek that gets your heart rate up before we even touch the yoga mat.
The Flow
Once we reach the spot, we settle into a 60-90 minute traditional Ashtanga flow. Expect classic sun salutations, standing postures, and pranayama. Practicing under the open sky, away from studio walls, changes everything—the air is different, and the focus is sharper. We wrap up with a guided meditation to soak in the mountain vibes.

- Self-Reach: Perfect if you’re driving yourself. You handle the commute; I handle the trek and the practice. (₹1200–₹1800)
- All-Inclusive: We handle the AC transport from Bangalore, breakfast, and lunch, so you can just show up and switch off. (₹2800–₹3500)
