This is the core of my retreats. We start with a trek through the misty mountains and then settle in for a guided yoga and meditation session. This is where you find real 'sukoon', away from all the noise.

A moment from one of our hilltop sessions. After a challenging climb, we practice Savasana to absorb the energy of the mountains, followed by strength-building asanas. This shows how we balance effort with rest.

About Yoga & Trekking Retreats: Pahadon Mein Sukoon

This is real work, not a walk in the park. We trek for 2-3 hours through Nandi Hills before diving into a deep, 90-minute traditional Ashtanga session on the hilltop. You need to be prepared for the climb and bring your own mat—I handle the route and the technique, but the sweat and the effort belong to you.
