I believe in training smarter, not just harder. We break down game situations, work on tactical awareness, and run high-intensity drills that replicate real match pressure to improve on-field decision making.
This is a small D scoring zone drill. The focus here is on improving the goalkeeper's decision making, communication with defenders, and area awareness in a congested part of the field.
We practice defending specific threats like baseline entries. This video shows drills for both 2v3 and 3v3 situations, training the goalkeeper and defense to handle outnumbered attacks and clear drag rebounds effectively.
A proper pre-match warm-up is crucial for performance. Here, the team goes through a specific routine involving mobility, passing, receiving, and shooting drills to get physically and mentally ready for the game.
This training session at SAI STC Bangalore focuses on shooting accuracy and goalkeeper reflexes. Attackers practice their shots while the goalie works on positioning and making saves from close range.
