About this collection

In these sessions, we move past generic advice to focus on practical, sustainable habits. Whether we are exploring mindful eating or managing chronic conditions like diabetes, you will leave with tools you can actually use in your kitchen and daily life, without the stress of restrictive dieting.

My workshops are designed for anyone tired of fad diets and confusing wellness trends. I bring my background in both Naturopathy and modern nutrition science to the table, creating a space where we talk about what actually works for your body.

How these sessions work

I typically run these as interactive online sessions. It is not just me talking at you, as we include Q&A segments where you can get answers to your specific questions. I also provide session recordings and digital handouts so you are not trying to scribble down every detail while we speak.

What we cover

I focus on deep dives into specific areas like gut health nutrition, PCOS management, and mindful eating habits.
