Why I Do What I Do
I don’t believe in fad diets or miracle fixes. For me, health is about balance and reconnecting with our roots. My approach mixes what I learned from my ajji and amma with up-to-date nutrition science. If you want someone to hand you a generic plan and tell you to cut out half your favourite foods, I’m not your gal. I’ll guide you to eat what feels right for your body, using traditional food wisdom and practical modern tips.

My Story
Hey, I’m Poorvi. Herbs, gut stuff, and my gmaws—my grandmas—are where it all began. Sick kid, loads of ajji’s (grandma’s) bitter Agra brews, not pills. That’s how I got strong. Naturopathy gold medal, then MSc Nutrition at King’s, London—wanted to dig into the science behind our old-school ways. My dad’s a plant guy, my husband’s an organic farmer, and our wedding was zero-waste, mantapa made of sugarcane! I’m all about mixing old wisdom with new, keeping it real and close to the earth.
