My Roots, My Science: A Nutrition Philosophy

It is not just about what you eat. It is about how you live, where you come from, and how you reconnect with your body’s own rhythm.

A moment of connection with nature. My work is deeply inspired by the wisdom of the earth and the plants that grow on it.

Celebrating five years of Herbeshwari with my beloved dogs. What started as a dream has been a transformative experience, and I'm so grateful for this community.

Exploring the lush green paths of my home. My philosophy is rooted in reconnecting with nature and our origins.

Grocery stores are my favorite way to explore a new place. This was in Prague. You learn so much about a culture by seeing what people eat. Even when traveling, I look for simple, whole foods like yogurt.

A friend once told me that no matter how successful you get, you still seek approval from people from your past. It's a reminder to rise above the need for external validation and stay true to your own path.

A simple request: don't comment on someone's appearance, good or bad. In my work, I see how much people overthink their appearance. Everyone has their own insecurities, and kindness is always the better choice.

A reminder that health can be simple. The internet is full of conflicting advice. Listen to your body, listen to your doctor, and don't get overwhelmed by strangers on the internet.

About this collection

I do not believe in miracle cures or diet charts that make you miserable. My work is about untangling the conflicting health advice you see online and looking at your body through the lens of your own history and habits. Whether it is managing gut issues or simply understanding your energy better, I focus on what you can add to your plate rather than what you must take away.

Health is often overcomplicated by the wellness industry, but my path to helping you is much simpler. My approach is rooted in my background—an MSc in Nutrition from King’s College London combined with a BNYS degree. I do not just look at your symptoms; I look at your lifestyle, your stress, your sleep, and the heirloom food wisdom that has supported Indian families for generations.

When we work together, we are not chasing a number on a scale or following a restrictive plan. We are building a sustainable relationship with food. I see clients every day who are exhausted by crash diets and the fear-mongering around common foods like rice or dairy. My goal is to help you build a routine that includes local, seasonal ingredients and habits that stick, whether you are dealing with PCOS, insulin resistance, or chronic acidity.

My practice is based in Bengaluru, but I work with people from all over who want to stop 'managing' their health through panic and start thriving through balance. I am here to help you filter out the noise, understand your own body, and find comfort in the kitchen again.
