It is not just about what you eat. It is about how you live, where you come from, and how you reconnect with your body’s own rhythm.

A moment of connection with nature. My work is deeply inspired by the wisdom of the earth and the plants that grow on it.

Celebrating five years of Herbeshwari with my beloved dogs. What started as a dream has been a transformative experience, and I'm so grateful for this community.

Exploring the lush green paths of my home. My philosophy is rooted in reconnecting with nature and our origins.

Grocery stores are my favorite way to explore a new place. This was in Prague. You learn so much about a culture by seeing what people eat. Even when traveling, I look for simple, whole foods like yogurt.

A friend once told me that no matter how successful you get, you still seek approval from people from your past. It's a reminder to rise above the need for external validation and stay true to your own path.

A simple request: don't comment on someone's appearance, good or bad. In my work, I see how much people overthink their appearance. Everyone has their own insecurities, and kindness is always the better choice.

A reminder that health can be simple. The internet is full of conflicting advice. Listen to your body, listen to your doctor, and don't get overwhelmed by strangers on the internet.

I did something that terrifies me: I started going to the gym. Taking baby steps and facing our fears is a huge part of any wellness journey.

For International Yoga Day, I tried Isha Foundation's 21-day challenge. It was a simple, effective, and authentic practice that I genuinely enjoyed. It's a great way for beginners to start.

When I say Malnad is heaven, this is what I mean. These are scenes from my family's home, a place of incredible natural beauty that constantly inspires my work and my connection to the earth.

About My Philosophy & Personal Journey

I do not believe in miracle cures or diet charts that make you miserable. My work is about untangling the conflicting health advice you see online and looking at your body through the lens of your own history and habits. Whether it is managing gut issues or simply understanding your energy better, I focus on what you can add to your plate rather than what you must take away.
