Coaching Tiers
Our coaching programs are structured to meet you exactly where you are in your journey:
- Standard Coaching (3 days/week): Ideal for beginners or those getting back into the sport. We focus on the basics: how to hold the racket correctly, fundamental swing mechanics, and footwork patterns like lunges and chasse. Each 60-minute session includes warm-ups and agility ladder drills to keep you match-ready.
- Advanced Training (Daily): For players looking to compete, this program ramps up the intensity. We focus on tactical gameplay, multi-shuttle drills to improve reaction time, and high-intensity fitness blocks. You will work on deceptive drops, backhand smashes, and court coverage strategies that prepare you for district and state-level tournaments.
