My Kyokushin training is not just about fighting, it is a way of life. Whether you are in our outdoor weekend classes or our indoor dojo, we train to build a strong body and an unbreakable mind.

The sound of a unified kiai. Students practice their basics together in a group session, building energy and discipline. This is the foundation of our training.

From intense stretching to powerful kata, our training covers all aspects of Kyokushin. We use our outdoor space to train large groups, ensuring everyone has room to perfect their form.

A bird's eye view of our morning training session. The entire ground is filled with students practicing their drills in unison. This is discipline in motion.

We train our students to be ready for anything. This outdoor session shows students of different belt levels practicing their stances and movements together.

Students of all belt levels, from white to black, train together. This helps junior students learn from seniors and keeps everyone sharp.

When the weather doesn't permit, we take our training indoors. Our indoor dojo allows for focused practice on kata and technique, no matter the season.

Even inside, the training is intense. I lead a class of black belt students, refining their kata. Mastery is a journey without an end.

Sparring practice is essential. Here, my black belt students engage in light sparring to sharpen their reflexes and timing in a controlled indoor environment.

Sparring drills between students of different ranks. A black belt student practices her kicks with a partner, demonstrating control and power.

About The Kyokushin Way: Our Training

You will not find perfectly air-conditioned gyms here. My classes are real, often held on open grounds or simple mats, because true Kyokushin is about grit. You will sweat, you will learn to take a hit, and you will understand that discipline is the only path to improvement. If you are ready to stop making excuses and start working, you will fit right in.
