This is our main dojo in Whitefields, Bengaluru. This is the heart of the Hard Punch Karate Academy, where our journey began.

About Our HPKA Family & Dojos
We believe in bringing the Dojo to where the community lives. Whether you are in Whitefields or KR Puram, our training is consistent—no shortcuts, just sweat and progress. Each of our five centers follows the same Kyokushin discipline, so you get the same quality of instruction regardless of which branch you join.
Our academy operates across five key locations in Bengaluru: Whitefields, KR Puram, Charitha Classic, Kadugodi, and ThirumalaShetti Halli. We do not just rent space, we build communities. Whether you are stepping onto the mats at our main Whitefields dojo or training in the open grounds at one of our neighborhood centers, the quality of instruction remains the same. Kyokushin requires consistency, and by spreading our dojos across the city, we make it easier for our 250+ students to maintain their discipline without a difficult commute.
Beginners start by building a solid foundation in Kihon (basics), while advanced students get access to full-contact Kumite training at our equipped indoor halls. We maintain a strict student-to-instructor ratio to ensure every punch and kick is corrected properly.
