Fresh Daily Gujarati Sabji & Tiffin

We cook a different vegetable curry every single day. If you aren't in the mood for today's option, we can always swap it for a different sabji.

Here is a sample of the different vegetable curries, or sabjis, I make. You can see Bhindi Masala, Sev Tamato, Turiya, Ringan no Oro (baingan bharta), and Drumstick curry, all cooked fresh for your daily tiffin.

A popular and tangy choice, this is my homemade Sev Tamato sabji. It's a quick and flavorful curry made with tomatoes and crispy sev, paired here with a traditional Bhakhri.

This is a classic Kathiyawadi combination: smoky Ringan no Oro (roasted eggplant mash) served with a traditional Bajri Rotlo (millet flatbread). It's a wholesome and delicious meal option.

A close-up of my signature winter special, Undhiyu. It's a rich, mixed vegetable dish made with seasonal produce and a blend of aromatic spices, slow-cooked to perfection.

Another look at the delicious Undhiyu, a must-have Gujarati delicacy. I also prepare a Jain version of this dish on request, without any root vegetables.

About this collection

You don't have to stick to a fixed menu. If our daily sabji option isn't exactly what you're craving, just let us know. We can often swap in favorites like Sev Tamato, Bhindi, or Ringan no Oro so you look forward to your meal every day.

Finding real, home-cooked food in a busy city like Bangalore is difficult. That is why we do things differently in our kitchen. We do not maintain a stock of pre-cooked food. Every order is prepared only after you book it, ensuring you get fresh, hot, and healthy Gujarati food.

Our daily tiffin service focuses on wholesome variety. Whether you want a simple daily meal or a more rustic Kathiyawadi experience, we adjust the menu based on what feels right for the day.

Commonly requested sabjis include:

  • Sev Tamato: A tangy, flavorful tomato-based curry.
  • Ringan no Oro: Our smoky roasted eggplant mash, best enjoyed with Bajri Rotla.
  • Undhiyu: A winter specialty, slow-cooked with seasonal vegetables and traditional spices.
  • Bhindi Masala & Turiya: Light, daily staples that are easy on the stomach.

Because we prioritize fresh ingredients, we require a 24-hour notice for all tiffin orders. This gives us the time to source the right produce and cook everything from scratch. We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions—just tell us if you need a Jain version without onion and garlic, or if you prefer low-oil preparations for health reasons.

We are a family-run kitchen here in Bangalore, cooking the same food we eat at home. We started this because we missed the taste of authentic Gujarati meals and wanted to share that 'ghar jaisa' experience with you. Every dish is made fresh, from scratch, after you place your order.
