Fresh, Homemade Jain & Healthy Gujarati Meals
I believe diet restrictions should not mean compromising on taste. I cook fresh, pure vegetarian meals for those needing Jain-friendly, diabetic-friendly, or Farali fasting options, delivered right to your doorstep.
For days of fasting, I provide proper Farali food. This dish is a specially prepared potato sabji, served with accompaniments that are suitable for religious fasts, ensuring you get a healthy and yummy meal.
As part of my healthy meal options, I offer Multigrain Thepla. It is made from a blend of wholesome flours, making it a low-calorie and high-fiber choice suitable for diabetic-friendly diets.

About this collection
Because I do not mass-produce my meals, I can customize your thali to match your specific dietary restrictions. Whether you need a strict Jain meal without root vegetables, a low-calorie multigrain option for diabetes management, or specific Farali dishes for fasting days, I prepare it fresh after you order. You get real home-cooked food that is safe for your health without feeling like you are eating from a generic menu.
My Approach to Special Diets
Finding reliable, homemade food that accommodates strict dietary needs is difficult in a city like Bangalore. I treat every order as if I am cooking for my own family. My kitchen is 100% vegetarian, which helps me manage cross-contamination risks effectively for those with specific requirements.
Jain & Healthy Gujarati Options
For my Jain clients, I ensure a strict 'no onion, no garlic' policy, and I exclude all root vegetables from the preparations. If you are looking for healthy or diabetic-friendly meals, I focus on portion control and ingredient quality. I swap standard ingredients for multigrain options—like my multigrain theplas—and keep the oil content low. If you have a specific ingredient you need to avoid, just let me know before I start cooking.
Farali Food for Fasting
When you are fasting, you still need energy, but you have specific limitations. My farali menu includes potato-based dishes, peanut curries, and fasting-friendly flours, all prepared using techniques that respect traditional fasting rules.
Why I Need 24 Hours
I do not have pre-cooked stock sitting in a fridge. Every thali, every batch of thepla, and every farali dish is made only after you place your order. This means I require a 24-hour notice for all special meal requests. This ensures that when you open your tiffin, you are eating fresh, warm, and nutritious food, not something reheated from a freezer. This notice period helps me plan the kitchen, shop for fresh ingredients, and give your meal the attention it needs.
Gujarati Food
I started this kitchen because I missed the clean, simple Gujarati food we eat back home. Everything I make is fresh, pure vegetarian, and cooked only after you place your order, so it feels truly homemade.
