Hands-On Montessori Workshops and Special Events
We believe education happens beyond the classroom walls. Our events are designed to spark curiosity, celebrate tradition, and encourage young minds to learn by doing.
Welcome to our Science Fair. The entire school was buzzing with excitement as our young scientists prepared to showcase their fun experiments and discoveries.
A child gets a one-on-one lesson from a Channapattana artisan, learning how the wooden toys are crafted and painted using natural dyes.

About Hands-On Workshops & Special Events
We don't organize these events just for the sake of activity. When we bring a local artisan to demonstrate Channapatna toy-making or set up a science fair, we are building a bridge between the child and the wider world. It is about watching a three-year-old grasp how natural dyes work or how simple materials transform into toys. These sessions are where theory turns into a tangible, joyous experience for your child.
Why experiential learning matters
In Montessori, we often say that the child’s work is their play. That is why our workshops feel different. Instead of passive watching, our children are active participants. When we hold a Science Fair, we aren't just decorating with beakers. We encourage the children to experiment, fail, try again, and discover the 'why' behind the phenomenon.
Connecting with our roots
Our workshops are also a tribute to our local culture. By inviting artisans from Channapatna to show us the craft of wooden toy making, we connect children to the heritage of Karnataka. It gives them a sense of place and respect for traditional skills that machines cannot teach. We have seen that when a child understands the effort behind an object, they develop patience and respect for the world around them.
Parents are part of the journey
We believe education does not stop with the child. Our parent-child workshops invite you into this process. Whether it is storytelling sessions, heritage crafts, or nature walks in Jayanagar, we want you to experience the Montessori difference alongside your child. It is an opportunity to learn, bond, and build a supportive community together.
Glow'n'Glitter
We are Sangeetha and Swetha, and we built this space because we wanted a childhood for our kids that feels like home. We believe in showing, not telling, and our workshops are just an extension of that philosophy. Come join our community where culture, craft, and curiosity lead the way.
