About Montessori Preschool Program
Our Montessori Approach
We believe every child deserves a space where learning feels natural and joyful. Our Montessori prepared environment is set up so kids can move freely, pick activities they love, and feel like this place belongs to them. We don’t do worksheets - children get to touch, feel, and play with hands-on preschool activities, which helps them learn better and stay curious.
The Five Pillars We Follow
We focus on practical life skills like buttoning shirts, pouring water, and taking care of their own things. Kids sharpen their senses using special materials, and language grows through stories, songs, and tactile tools. For math, we use beads and objects so kids experience numbers, not just memorize them. We bring in culture too - geography, art, science, botany, and zoology all come alive.
Learning Beyond Four Walls
Kids get muddy in our garden, sow seeds, and even visit pet sanctuaries. We celebrate all festivals together - Onam pookalam, Dasara golu, Holi, Eid, Christmas, Karnataka Rajyotsava - sharing stories and crafts. Sometimes, artisans come and show us toy making, and science days mean lots of fun experiments.
Parents Are Part of Our Community
We want parents involved, not just dropping off and picking up. We host workshops about storytelling and healthy eating, so everyone learns together.
Ellarigu shubhashayagalu! (Wishes for everyone!)

My Story
Namaste! We’re Sangeetha and Swetha, and Glow'N'Glitter is our little world built for kids and families. Montessori isn’t just rules for us, it’s seeing life through the eyes of a child. The joy, the messy hands, the wild smiles – that’s our fuel. We love our parent gang too – coffee chats, quilt sessions, festival fun like Dussehra and Onam, and you’ll hear us say Gowri Ganesha habbada shubhashayagalu (wishes for Gowri Ganesha festival) because culture is home here.
My Work
Montessori Education & Workshops - We offer Montessori for toddlers and preschoolers, plus workshops like storytelling and nutrition for parents.
Learning by Doing - Kids learn by trying, not just listening. We show, not tell, and let them choose their work.
Holistic Montessori Curriculum - From practical life activities for toddlers to music, art, and math – we cover five main areas.
Nature-Based Montessori Learning - Gardening, nature walks, Channapattana toy making demonstration, animal time – real-world learning is our style.
Parent-Child Workshops & Community - Parents join coffee sessions and workshops. We build a strong, supportive community together.
Indian Festival Celebration in Montessori - We celebrate everything – Onam pookalams, Dussehra, Kannada Rajyotsava – kids learn through joy and tradition.
