Strength & Conditioning Philosophy and Credentials
Real performance happens when science meets the ground. See how we use data-driven methods to bridge the gap between gym work and game-day results.
In this podcast, I discuss the mindset of elite athletes like Virat Kohli. His success comes from incredible discipline and the willingness to make compromises with things like diet, which separates the good from the great.
Education never stops. I am constantly learning from the best in the field at the National Cricket Academy to bring the latest sport science knowledge to my athletes.

Proud to be part of the BCCI-ASCA Course for 2025. Investing in my education is an investment in my athletes' success.
A throwback to where my strength and conditioning journey began, at Leipzig University in Germany. This is me on the track, doing drills and building my foundation in sport science.
Another shot from my time at Leipzig University. The principles of movement and athletic training I learned here still form the core of my coaching philosophy today.
About My Philosophy & Credentials
My philosophy is simple: intensity builds immensity, but only when it is calculated. My entire method is built on what I learned at Leipzig University and continue to apply with BCCI athletes. We use data to ensure that every rep you do in the gym translates to a competitive edge on the ground.
When you train with me, we stop guessing. Most people treat the gym as a place to break a sweat, but for an athlete, it is a laboratory for performance. Whether you are prepping for a cricket season or a rotational sport, the question is always the same: Does this movement make you faster, more explosive, or more resilient on the pitch?
My background in sport science from Leipzig University and my work with state-level and IPL athletes taught me that the body has no straight lines. We focus on rotational power, sling systems, and neuro-motor control to create a complete athlete.
Here is how we translate science into results:
- Biomechanical Screening: We start by identifying imbalances. If you have a hip mobility issue or a pelvic tilt, your performance will suffer regardless of how much weight you lift. We fix the mechanics first.
- Data-Driven Programming: No generic routines. We use performance benchmarking, such as vertical jumps and agility drills, to measure your progress. If the numbers are not moving, the program changes.
- The Mindset: Success in sports requires a trade-off. Just like professional cricketers sacrifice their love for butter chicken to stay at the top, you have to prioritize discipline in your recovery, nutrition, and training consistency.
I am constantly updating my methods through certifications like the BCCI-ASCA course, so you get the latest, most effective coaching. We work on your capacity, your explosive power, and your mental resilience so you are ready when it matters most.
