This is where we develop the raw power and speed that defines an explosive athlete. I use a combination of plyometric exercises, Olympic lifts, and on-field speed drills to improve your rate of force development, making you faster and more powerful in every aspect of your game.
Rotational Power for Peak Performance
Sports like cricket, tennis, and hockey are won with rotational power. I focus heavily on training the body's 'sling systems' to ensure efficient force transfer from your legs, through your core, and into your arms for powerful hitting, throwing, and bowling.
Scientific Assessment & Injury Prevention
My approach starts with a foundation of safety and science. We use regular fitness tests and CAPE (Core, Accessory, Prehab Exercises) to identify weaknesses, correct imbalances, and build a resilient body that can withstand the demands of high-performance sport.
Training Professional & State-Level Athletes
I have had the privilege of working with athletes at the highest levels, including IPL, national, and state teams. This section showcases my experience training elite cricketers from both India and Australia, helping them prepare for top-tier competition.
