High-Performance Strength and Athletic Training
Training is about building a body that endures, not just looks. From heavy squats to explosive plyometrics, I focus on the science of movement to turn you into an unstoppable force.
My primary focus is to bulletproof your body, especially the knees. This video shows some of my key knee prep and rehab exercises, like Terminal Knee Extensions and stability holds, that build real strength from the ankle up. This is the foundation for pain-free movement.
Life doesn't happen in a straight line, so we train for it. Here I am demonstrating dynamic knee stability drills, including rotational lunges and lateral step-downs, which prepare your joints to handle the unpredictable forces of sport and daily life.
This is what a strong foundation looks like. A 150 kg squat for reps is only possible when your posterior chain and core are solid. We build this raw strength with purpose, so you can be powerful and resilient.
To be a true athlete, you must master movement in all three planes: sagittal, frontal, and transverse. I train my clients to be strong and coordinated in every direction, making them adaptable and less prone to injury.
We translate raw strength into real-world explosive power. This is a look at plyometric and single-leg explosive exercises that build the speed and agility every athlete needs to dominate their sport.
This is what dedication looks like. A client putting in the work through a full-body session, including squats, stability ball glute bridges, and dips. There are no shortcuts, just consistent effort and smart training.
About Featured
We start by making your body bulletproof. Before you touch a heavy barbell, I analyze your ankle mobility, knee stability, and hip function. I do not care about gym looks; I care about function. If you are training in the Palam Vihar or Dwarka Expressway area, you get raw, direct, and technical coaching designed to fix imbalances and build real, explosive power.
True strength isn't just about how much weight you can move—it is about how well your body functions under load. My training philosophy is built on three pillars: mobility, stability, and explosive power.
The Method
I train athletes and go-getters to move in all three planes of motion: sagittal, frontal, and transverse. Most people only train in a straight line, which is how injuries happen. I teach you to master movement patterns—the squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, and carry—so you are resilient for the long haul.
My Approach to Rehab
Many clients come to me with nagging knee pain or stiff hips. We address this by going back to basics. We start with joint stability work, utilizing resistance bands for activation and focusing on the posterior chain—your glutes, hamstrings, and lower back.
Where We Train
I operate out of Palam Vihar and the Dwarka Expressway area, working with clients who are ready to put in the work. Whether you are coming back from an injury or trying to break a plateau in your strength training, my sessions are high-energy and demanding. We don't do shortcuts. We do consistent, smart training to ensure you stay strong—Tagde raho.
