Interactive Nutrition Workshops & Healthy Food Insights
I believe health is about enjoying your food, not fearing it. My workshops in Bengaluru are designed to cut through the confusion, bringing science-backed nutrition to your kitchen in the most delicious way possible.
Welcome! This is what my workshops are all about: real talk, hands-on cooking, and building a community around food that feels good. We get together, we chat, we make delicious things, and we learn how to cut through the confusing nutrition advice out there.
The best part of my workshops is the community we build. Here's a look at one of our recent Salad 101 sessions. It's a safe space to ask questions, share stories, and meet others who are also on a journey to make peace with food.
I love diving deep into local superfoods, and tubers are some of my favorites. In my workshops, we bust myths about carbs and explore the incredible gut-health benefits of ingredients like yam, sweet potato, and taro.
Fueling young minds is one of my biggest passions. I host fun, interactive sessions for kids and parents to make nutrition approachable and exciting. We talk about everything from 'easy poops' to eating the rainbow, without ever labeling food as 'good' or 'bad'.
Food can be a powerful tool for hormone balance. These are my no-sugar seed cycling balls, a simple food-based strategy I teach in my workshops to help support those navigating PCOS, painful periods, and other hormonal challenges.
Who says you have to give up your favorite foods? This is my Guthivankaya Biryani, a traditional Andhra recipe made with an air fryer. I believe in finding ways to enjoy the dishes we love while still nourishing our bodies.
Yes, you can have dessert! This is my vegan raw cacao tart. I love explaining the science behind why foods like dark chocolate can positively impact our gut microbiome and mood. It’s all about the gut-brain axis.
About this collection
In my workshops, we go beyond standard dietary advice—we’re making high-protein desi toast, prepping seed cycling balls for hormonal support, and actually eating together. It is a safe space to ask the awkward questions about gut health or PCOS, and you leave with practical recipe booklets, not just confusing theories.
I host these sessions because I am tired of the restrictive, fear-based narrative surrounding food. Whether you are coming to learn about hormonal balance, want to understand the gut-brain axis, or just want to learn how to make a salad that actually keeps you full, these workshops are for you.
What to Expect at a Session
We focus on the 'how' and the 'why.' At venues like The Caffeine Baar in J.P. Nagar, we combine a 45-minute science-backed talk with live cooking demos. You are not just sitting and listening; you are tasting, asking questions, and meeting others who are also trying to find a balanced way to eat. We cover:
- Salad 101: Moving beyond boring greens to make hearty, nutrient-dense meals.
- Hormone Support: Using simple food-based strategies like seed cycling for PCOS and period health.
- Kids' Nutrition: Making eating the rainbow a fun game for children (and parents) without labeling food as 'good' or 'bad.'
The Science, Without the Jargon
Nutrition shouldn't be complicated. I skip the trendy detox gimmicks and focus on traditional ingredients—like banana stem, ragi, and tubers—that are proven to support gut microbiome diversity and metabolic health. If you are struggling with bloating or energy dips, we look at your habits, not just calories, to find sustainable solutions that fit your lifestyle. Whether it is an intimate cooking session or an online seminar, my goal is to give you tools that you can immediately apply at home.
