About Group Nutrition Workshops
Why I Do What I Do
I want food to feel simple, joyful, and real. If you're fed up with all the confusing advice out there, my workshops are about cutting the clutter and making nutrition something you actually enjoy.
What Happens at My Workshops
It’s not your typical nutrition lecture. We gather, chat, cook together, and yes, we eat. These are interactive community nutrition sessions where you can ask anything, swap stories, and get practical tips you’ll use every day. Whether you’re a total newbie, a health nerd, or just love food, you’re welcome.
Workshop Highlights
- Salad 101: No boring salads here - hearty, tasty, and filling enough to be a full oota (meal). We get hands-on with healthy cooking classes and live tastings.
- Power of Tubers: Local carbs like yam and sweet potato get their spotlight. We bust myths and talk gut health in a lively, down-to-earth way.
- Fueling Young Minds: Fun, colorful activities for kids and parents to make nutrition approachable. We chat about 'easy poops' and enjoying food, not labelling it.
- Online Seminars: Join from anywhere and get insights on stuff like pregnancy nutrition or managing hormones through food.
The Vibe
- No big jargon. Just real talk.
- Cooking demos and lots of food sampling.
- Safe space for questions, even the awkward ones.
- Meet others on the same journey.
What We Dive Into
- Gut health group workshop basics
- Food for hormones (think PCOS, periods)
- Nutrition myth busting events
- Mindful eating minus the guilt
- Ingredient deep dives, from pappu to gutti vankaya
My goal is for you to find a way of eating that makes sense, feels good, and doesn’t mean giving up your favourites. Health should be fun, and I keep it that way.

My Story
Used to dodge cameras, hide behind walls, even skipped photos with my own kid. Australia gave me a career, but loving myself was a bigger battle. Now I run toward the lens, celebrating every bit of me—acne, curves, all. I’m Gauravi, and food is how I show love, celebrate family, and honour culture. It’s not just nutrition—it’s self-love, Assam backyard rice pudding, clay Ganesha, and birthdays where I say, ‘Happy birthday to me!’
My Work
Personalised Nutrition Plans - I create clinical nutrition plans focused on gut health, hormonal balance, and realistic goals. FODMAP trained.
Food is Joy, Not Fear - Chocolate tarts, biryani, Indian oota—nothing is off limits. Balance and fun matter more than rules.
No Nutrition Gimmicks - I skip the crazy trends and myths. We’ll use seed cycling and banana stem, but only if it fits your life.
Workshops & Consults - I offer one-on-one consults and gut health workshops. Ideal if you’re done with restrictive diets.
