About Seafood Festival
We prepare our seafood using high-heat Tawa searing for that crispy finish or slow-cooking in Makhani gravy for a richer texture. Because we prioritize fresh market availability, our seafood menu items rotate daily, so please ask us what is currently cooking before you place your order.
Our Seafood Festival is all about respecting the catch. We do not believe in mass-freezing, which is why you will taste the difference in our Tawa Surmai.
